Strategy before cameras
Every project starts with a conversation about what the content is supposed to do. Pretty footage that doesn't sell anything is a waste of your money.
Chophouse Media Group produces podcasts and content for people who are the face of their business. Based in metro Atlanta, and we travel anywhere.
Chophouse Media Group started as Chop Shots in December 2018. Back then it was music videos, headshots, portraits and events, whatever we could get in front of the camera.
In 2019 we started our first podcast, a music show with three hosts. One person ended up shooting it, editing it, picking the topics and keeping everybody on schedule. That show taught us exactly how hard running a podcast is when you're doing it alone. It's the reason PODBOX exists: everything a podcast needs, in one box, so the host only has to show up.
By 2022 we were working with business owners, making marketing content and building podcasts for them. In 2024 Chop Shots became Chophouse Media Group, a name built for a company that can grow past one person.
Today we're a core team with a bench of experienced shooters we bring in when a project calls for it. We're based in metro Atlanta and we've shot in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, D.C., Florida and Tennessee.
I've been behind the camera for 13 years. I started shooting video in high school, earned my degree in film and video from Georgia State, and spent my early years shooting music videos, portraits and events.
In 2019 I started my first podcast with two friends and found out the hard way what it takes. I was the one shooting, editing, planning topics and keeping everybody on task. That's where PODBOX came from. I built the thing I wish I'd had.
Since then we've produced 18+ podcasts and over 200 client episodes. I've sat with clients from their first strategy call to the day their channel got monetized, the day a sponsor came through, and the day a deal came in from somebody who watched their show.
That's the job as I see it. Anybody can record a conversation. I build podcasts that bring my clients business.

We batch. An eight-hour shoot day is at least four full episodes plus the clips, so you're not booking a crew every week to stay visible.
Most clients have never been on camera. We plan your talking points, set the room, and coach you through it while we roll.
Three calls every cycle: plan the show, set the posting schedule, then look at the numbers and change what isn't working. A podcast takes about a year to really pay off, and we tell everybody that up front.
